NTAccess Program License Agreement
              ------------------------------------

  You, the Licensee, assume responsibility for the selection of the
  program provided herewith by Dieter Spaar ("Author") to achieve your
  intended results, and for the installation, use, and results obtained
  from the program. INSTALLING AND USING THE PROGRAM CONSTITUTES YOUR
  ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE
  TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN RETURN THE PROGRAM UNUSED FOR A FULL REFUND
  IF IT IS THE COMMERCIAL VERSION OR DESTROY THE PROGRAM IF IT IS THE
  DEMO VERSION.


  COPYRIGHT

  The term program applies to the executable and all documentation and
  data files.

  This program is copyrighted material and protected by applicable
  copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

  The Author holds the copyright of the program and grants the right to
  use this program, provided this Agreement is met.


  LICENSE

  You may not rent or lease the program, but you may transfer it on a
  permanent basis if you keep no copies of the program and the person
  receiving it agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the program is
  an update, any transfer must include the update and all prior versions.
  Any transfer of this license also transfers your right to use any
  future updates to the program that may become available.

  You may not make the program available to others unless each individual
  who uses the program has a separate license to use the program under this
  form of Agreement.

  You may not reproduce, transfer or distribute the program, or any
  copy, portion, or modification thereof, in whole or in part, except
  as provided in this Agreement. IF YOU USE, COPY, MODIFY, OR TRANSFER
  THE PROGRAM, OR ANY COPY THEREOF, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, EXCEPT AS
  EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR IN THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR LICENSE IS AUTOMATICALLY
  TERMINATED.

  The license is effective on the date you accept this Agreement, and
  remains in effect until terminated as indicated above or until you
  terminate it. If the license is terminated for any reason, you agree
  to destroy the program, together with all copies thereof, in whole
  or in part, in any form, and to cease all use of the program.


  LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

  THE PROGRAM AND ANY SUPPORT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY,
  EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES
  OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSS OF REVENUE
  DUE TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PROGRAM. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS
  NOT LIMITED TO, ANY INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR
  ANTICIPATORY PROFITS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE USE OF
  THIS PROGRAM. IN AREAS WERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE NOT LEGAL THIS PROGRAM
  IS NOT LICENSED FOR USE.


  3RD PARTY RIGHTS

  The documentation and files make reference to several third-party
  products. All copyrights, trademarks and reserved rights held in
  these products are acknowledged.


  ACKNOWLEDGMENT

  YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT,
  AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
